This ball screw set is dedicated to linear transmission. It allows minimum backlash, with low friction.
It's a good alternative to standard Z axis of 3D printers, or any axis of little CNC router (milling machines).
Caution : This set is sold with mounted nut, don't remove it from the screw to avoid the loss of balls.
